helo and see you again in my blog. Today i want talk about my idol. thier name is YM DR RAJA SHAMRI RAJA HUSIN. he came from Pasir putih kelantan. Raja shamri was bron  with one leg and he life in very poor famliy. But that were not barrier to successful. He was educated at the Sekolah Kebangsaan Kampung Raja Pasir Puteh before continuing his studies at the Secondary School of Science Machang (SMSM). A year later at SMSM, he had to go back to a regular school of school because he had difficulty moving because of a leg defect he had been born to. Thanks to his diligence and enthusiasm he was later offered to the MARA Kota Bharu Science Junior College after winning a brilliant achievement in the SRP examination at Pasir Puteh Gaal Secondary School.After completing his studies at MRSM he was offered to the MARA Education Foundation College and later to Northern Arizona University USA under the program organized by MARA to take courses in the field of Business Administration. Upon his return from abroad, he has been with several private companies in Kuala Lumpur. Due to the barrenness and the love of knowledge that has grown, he then decided to pursue his studies at Universiti Teknologi MARA to attend a course in Transportation. Her life is hard but he is still eager to change the fate of his family and society. i very proud with raja shamri. in motivation talk in my school in 2016. i hear her sad story about thier famliy. Her has 7 siblings and her is the oldest in their sibiling. one day her father dont have a monye to buy a fish or chicken or egg of chicken and the eat the rice with sup of tea o only but they did not cacth it only eat and eat. grafull to ALLAH. i very repact with him beause him not a rich man and him not the prople person because only have one leg but him can successful and get help thier family dan society. him become my idol because him very strugel to be successful and now him very famous in malaysia giving motivation in school and universiti. now i believe every one can succeed. another word that i hold is rest if do you need but never give up by doktor Fafilah kamsah.

kem leadrship at bukit besi

kolej gemia has do one progaram leadship at bukit besi the date is 18 untill 20 of oktober. we arrive at bukit besi 3.00pm. after arriving the camp komande divided to small group it is beacuse easy to make activeti. after divided the group camp komande teach away how to instal the kemah.after that all of we need go to river,at river the coach tell participant camp need to jump at the river, it is not to hight in 0.5 minter only it is traning to jump again high in tasik bukit besi that we call water comfident.In a river teach how to swimming. that all program for evening. at the night. at the night briefings from deputy rector.and at frist night we sleeping kemah and it rains so cool with out blanket. at tomorrow morning we has breakfrist and do senam erobik to warming up our body to do next activity is climbing,swimming watercomfident,and kayak. fist me group do the kayak. in this activity teach me how to handle the kayak, what simbol and singal in kayak for exmple emergency single and rafting single.after that we go to do climbing and swimming. we need swiming in tasik in 200 meter so tired,not enough swimming we need jump bridge the hight is electric pole this activity to make your comfident increase that we call water comfident. at the last night we doing BBQ and after supper kem komander bring to visit UITM bukit besi. new kampus it so beautiful and so nice. that are all activity at the night and contineu next activie in tomorrow. saturday is our last day in kem bukit besi and the last activity is flyingfox it not to to long but afriad jugak lah. beacuse plunging into a water. hehehe. that all the moment in kem bukit besi. but i so sad beacue dot have many picuter in this kem.

about muhammad afiq dhiyaulhaq

helo my name is muhamaad afiq dhiyaulhaq bin makh shafarizal. i come form Bandar Pusat Jengka pahang. Now i at utim dungun terangganu contineu my study in degree in food servis. Before that i school at SMK Jerantut from form 1 untill form 6. My house so far form this school need 40 minit to go school by car or motosikel and then i take insentive to stay at hostel. i stay at hostel 6 year and the last year appointed to be chairman of the hostel. All case at hostel warden ask me to handle like case theft and bullying. in school teacher appointed me to be a MPP (majlis perwakilan pelajar). that all story about me at the school. that my story me at the school. teacher at school now me as a naughty student. Before i contineu my study at iutm i work at canteen i get a monye to my selft because my famliy not rich. what i want i need to effort my seflt. for exmple i want handfon i need fine my own monye. i get a litter experiance at my job for exmple i now how to make water for teacher and cook a litter big. my boss is very kind and very good boss. she do all work at the site like wash dishes, not haft of boss just coune the monye and sit at their room. it is a very good exmple to be a model manager like what we was learning at the manangemt. at the weekend my bos as a bussines in catering. it become my extra monye pocket. that all of my expriance of my job.

ok let tell about my self

i dont has a father. my father was pass away in want i born. my fahter is soldier. before my father pass away he was promis to my umi want stop smoking,want get me. and he really stop smoking want get me beacause want i born he die. now i stay with me mother and my grandfather. my grand mother was pass away in 2015. my life so lonley without my grandmother beacuse at hari raya no more grandmother cook to me and my famliy. it is become sad want no body come back at hari raya at this house only me my mother and my grandfather.okey it enough tell the sad story at me. now i want tell u about my hoby is playing volleyball and fishing. At a hostel every evening i play volleyball and if i dont go to court my teacher go up and find me with rotan.everbody of you know they are many type of fishing? my favorite type in fishing is casting, casting has two type one type use the artificial bait and  live bait like frog and  lizard. let me show you all look at picture

                                                                                                                                                                     i not very pro in volleyball but i can play litter bit. my big achive in school is get number 3 in area jerantut in 2015, and the second achive is play in the open compation at Jengka 14. i hope i can get play for UITM dungun for volleyball.

lastly i want share about my holiday. i and my friend plant want to go holiday at sabah and pulau langkawi but need a big bugget . and we select to go pulau perhentian. we go to pulau perhentian by bus. pick up at jeranut and then go to station bus kota baharu and get a antoher bus go tu station bus kuala besut. arrive at kuala besut we saw people form beglium. we walk together to jeti kuala besut not far about 15 minit from satation bas kuala besut. they story to how long they sit in air plant to arrive to malaysia it is about 15-17 hour. arrive at jeti has a tour guide pick we all go to pulau perhentian by bot. from jeti to pulau in 30 minit if weather good but if has rough it take 50 untill one hour. we stay all pulau perhentian 3 day and 2 night. what we do in this holiday is kayaking,snoklling and hiking at kincir angin. we snoklling 7 checkpoint very best checkpoin is turtle and baby sharks.

at this checkpoin we can see turtle and baby sharks ,wont worry this shark not eat meat and not attack a human. this is very nice holiday and i cant forget this moment.

FIST CLASS IN MGT400/PART1

fistly i want introduce myself before going discuss what happened in my fist class  MGT 400.
my name is muhammad afiq dhiyaluhaq bin makh shafarizal. i come form Bandar Pusat Jengka Pahang Darul Makmur. My first scholl is bandar pusat1 primary school and continued secondary school at jerantut only 40 minit form my house. i stay at this school from form 1 untill form 6. i am either one of the legend at the school and then i continued my study at uitm terangganu kampus dungun in bachelor of science (HONS) Food Service Management under faculty of hotel and tourism management.


30 august 2018 at 2.30 pm is the fist call subject MGT 400. what is the MGT 400.  This subject teach you about manegement. Before that let me indroduce me lecture, her name is DR MD NOH AB MAJID.  and we call her tok ayah. Her very sporting and low profile. why i say to Tok Ayah low profile because can call her Tok Ayah eventhough her has PHD. ok let we talk what happen in frist class Mgt 400. At the frist class we do ice breaking, all in the class indtroduce about self example tell full name where form and why are you here. after that all classmate take a selfie picture and sent into the group.that we do in the class mgt 400 and do not do at another class

secondly what is intersting in class mgt 400 is very body need to ask question. Tok ayah give 12 question coupon to very student in her class. student nee to finish the coupon in this semester. if student not finish it Tok Ayah say see her in next semester. this system make student open their mouth and ask a question. So this system be spesial  thing in class mgt 400. one question one coupon and one opnion two coupon. Before and their class,Tok Ayah alwasy ask to read the chapter what we want learning tomorrow and make a question.

management is abou is the process of designing and maintaining an environment in which individuals, working together in groups, efficiently accomplish selected aim.

3. Staffing: Managers ensure recruitment & derecruitment, selection, orientation, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits and industrial relations resolving any conflict.
4. Leading: Managers direct, influence, and motivate employees to perform essential tasks.
5. Controlling: Managers make sure an organization is moving towards organizational objectives.

 this four thing very import in management. this we do every whether conscious or unconscious. for exmple we want go to pulau perhentian. fristly what we do is planing, where want to go,when we want to go,how to go that pulau after that is organizing, we need organizing an arragege what was that planing.after that we need staffing the plant, leading is very import beacuse need to arrange what was planning and make sure the planing get the goal.lastly is controling is make sure moving towards organization objetives for exmple objetives is go to pulau and we need contorlling the activies to get the goal.

Experience

Confidence

To be an effective manager, you need to be confident in your abilities, experience, and decisions. This doesn't mean you have to be arrogant or feel that you're better than your employees. But you're in a management role for a reason, so be proud and be an inspiration to your team.

Respect for Employees

If you don't respect your employees, there will definitely be tension in your workplace. Be cognizant of their time and abilities, be able to listen and communicate with them, and be a resource of knowledge and guidance.
